| We provide full technical support for registered users (purchasers) of the current version of the program. You can contact us by email, phone, fax or regular mail, but email usually gets the fastest response. If a problem is reported to us, we will investigate as soon as possible, and if we can find the cause of the problem we will fix it and make the new version available for download here. We also welcome suggestions for improvements and extra features, and will incorporate these into the program if we can. All these bugfixes and improvements to Master Planner 4 are free of charge to registered users of version 4. Demo version users are welcome to contact us with problems or questions too. Version 2 and 3 users please note we are no longer maintaining these versions of the program, now that version 4 is available. However, you are welcome to contact us with any problems, and we will help if we can. Or why not upgrade, and continue to get full technical support? |

| We hope you will find Master Planner 4 trouble-free and easy to use, but if you do encounter a problem, follow these steps to find a solution:
Check the help file or manual: the Master Planner help file is very extensive and includes answers to many of the questions users have asked us in the past. With the program running, press the F1 button to find more information about the screen you are working on. Some screens also have a Help button. Alternatively, from the main planner screen, click Help on the menu to open the help file at the contents page, or one of several pages of useful information. The 'How do I?' page answers a wide range of common questions. The manual contains all the help file information, plus screenshots of all parts of the program. You can download the manual here. Check the frequently asked questions (FAQ). Download the latest version: we fix bugs and add enhancements on a regular basis; check your current version by selecting 'About Master Planner' from the Help menu. Click here to download the latest version. Send us a bug report: if the program encounters an unexpected error, a box will pop up asking what to do. Please click the button to send us a bug report - this will email us full details of the error and exactly where it occurred, which will usually enable us to find and fix the problem straight away. After sending the bug report, you can then continue to run the program if you wish. Check the version 4 changes list to see if your problem is a bug which has already been identified and fixed. Most bugs are fixed shortly after we hear about them and bug-fix versions of the program are uploaded here regularly; click here to download the latest version of the program.
